The MSRC Microfabrication Laboratory included the full range of fabrication equipment ( 6 inch wafer RIE, 6 inch wafer, dual head magnetron sputter deposition with ion source clean, etc), proximity and infrared (thru-wafer) mask alignment, all standard surface and thin film profilometry, wire bonding and dicing equipment, and probe stations for testing devices.
